SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small molecule that acts as an agonist at the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, β and γ) — nuclear receptors that, despite the name, do not bind estrogen and are instead central to how muscle cells regulate energy metabolism. It was developed at Saint Louis University, hence the name, and has been published only since 2023, so the literature is young and almost entirely pre-clinical. It is commonly researched in exercise physiology, where the ERR pathway is one of the signals exercise itself switches on. Supplied as 50 capsules of 250mcg per pack; not a peptide, so no reconstitution.
